Well that would be an original and interesting plotpoint, the hero making the villain who created them their sidekick to get revenge. A sidekick joining a secretly evil hero ( knowingly or not) has been done before but I don’t know if it happened the other way around
Also, isn’t she just being petty at this point? It’s the father’s own dang fault for not just giving the animal his half-eaten burger. But hey, it’s her choice, and she feels she has a purpose, so…alright, then.
