Coincidentally we just reached this point around halloween so I waited to post it today instead.

Okay, I don’t know anything specific about this new headless fellow but I think I know why their appearance is hitting Zeki so hard (besides being a headless talking body) from what’s been show these past few pages. Zeki is presumably Ezekiel Redgrave and the son of the current evil queen of England. Considering the headless fellows clothes he was probably a royal guard of some kind who may have been in charge of watching Zeki. It seems likely that headless guy had grown to trust Zeki. Thus they shared a dangerous secret with Zeki that the queen learned of through mind control. Leading to headless guys beheading at the execution we saw two pages ago for which Zeki has been blaming himself ever since. Sorry about the comment length, I just felt like posting my theory.
Yeah Zeki is just a nickname of Ezekiel, and you’re basically there! The executed guy is in page 34 of this chapter u_u so you can guess the relation between the two.
