I noticed his bday was Feb 29th, which was OK at first, but then I saw the year was 1798… which shouldn’t be. Just a smaller sign that the differences between our worlds go way, way back.
Yep! The year is 1835 in RG, all the superpowers has made them progress fast so theyre ahead of us, but behind year wise. Its on some posters and banners in the school in chap 4 :] its not particularly important but a bit of worldbuilding haha
I think they also mean that in our reality, 1796 was the last leap year of the 18th century. So they also put their leap years 2 year off of our for whatever reason.

oh yeah that too, i dont base the years of our actual timings etc just so that if theres any mistakes it doesnt matter :]
