Funny how being Normal is considered Abnormal in this context! So if we were to apply this to DnD would being a Wizard be considered Abnormal since they have to learn Magic and being a Sorcerer be considered Normal since they are born Spell Casters?
Yeah if youre normal youre seen like a weirdo, theyre very like you need to have powers to be useful in this world. Youre like doomed to retail or jobs that dont require powers to complete them. But youd still probably get passed on retail jobs if there was a guy like scott who can stack 8 shelves at once T_T
But yeah! Thats how itd be, its like how scott is still ‘abnormal’ even though he has gained powers :3
But specifically in RG magic doesnt exist so they still have like magical fantasy stories as the closest youd get to magic in RG is some powers that essentially are sorts of reality warping ones, like mind control where if you told the person to explode they would, even if its not feasibly possible because your powers have reality warping tactics.

Their population is mostly ppl with powers so not having them makes you abnormal. Scott is listed as abnormal too cause he got bestowed powers so he didnt used to have them.
I love the IDs! especially the picture in the back that’s to prevent forgeries. The tear is a nice touch.
I do have questions about it though… It’s the 1800’s? The flag is different? I see that Scott’s eye color is covered…. I have no idea if I missed the information about the first two before or not but I can’t wait to find out more!

Yes! In chap 4 its on the the schools banners :] Rg is set in like an alternate history so theyre ahead of us but behind timeline wise, and the different american flag is because there are less states in the rg USA.
Scotts eye colour is just grey, it’s just covered cause i wanted to show the raccoon so moved the text hahaha.
