And the reasons are generally that their life at home is much, much worse.

Mind you, such a pedestrian reason like a step-father who likes to rape the kid when he gets drunk probably doesn’t fit the tone of this comic. I expect something much weirder and sillier.
Theres definetly a lot of abusive characters in my comic but I will never veer into that territory just because I don’t really want to cover such a sensitive topic.
Well, Reagan did have one miracle, he fired all the air traffic controllers and no one died. So, I guess it could be argued that he wasn’t a loser.
